Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service under dispute.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

1. By providing written notice 30 days in advance.
2. Immediately, in the event of a breach of these Terms by the other party.

Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees for services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and methods used or developed during the course of our services remain the property of S&T Global, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
